#1 Day-of Packages - Prices start at $800

#2 Partial Planning Package - Prices start at $2,500
(based on guest count and needs- call for a personal quote)


This package is for the couple who has found a location and has a good idea of what they envision, but wants assistance refining the details and making their vision a reality. 

 
     Includes:
        
- All services listed under "Day-of" Package
         - Custom wedding task checklist for the planning process
        
 - Budget creation
         - Vendor/product research to find what you are looking for and obtain    
            competitive vendor bids. We will do the work and you will choose the  
            winners.
         - Vendor contract review
         - 5 in-person meetings (including complimentary consultation and walk-
            through)
         - Proof-read invitations and programs
         - Creation of 2 detailed itineraries (one for vendors and one for the bridal 
            party)

#3 Full-Service Package - Prices start at $3,500
(based on guest count and needs- call  for a personal quote)

This package is for the busy couple who would like assistance planning their wedding with all details from A-Z. 

         Includes:

         - All services listed under "Partial Planning" Package

         - Assistance with 3 specialty projects (i.e. Stuffing & labeling invitations, 
            tying bows on favors, creation of a custom seating card display, rsvp
            management, wedding website creation, assembly of welcome bags
            for out-of-town guests, delivery of welcome bags to out-of-town guests,
            3 hours of wedding-related errands)

         - Venue management (location research, BEO (banquet event order)
            management, floorplan oversight, etc.)

         - Tracking of Budget and creation of a post-event budget overview

         - Negotiate hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests

         - Vendor management, from contract negotiation to delivery

         - Unlimited in-person meetings

         - Schedule and attend all vendor meetings

         - Unlimited planning consultation hours (in person, via email and phone)

         - Provide staff to collect and track gifts as guests arrive

         - Complete wedding day orchestration by our team of coordinators
         - Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day
